Spurningur

Spurningur: Is it normal when you cry and feel your chest ache, but the ache like spreads through your arms to your hands? Like my palms feel a bit tingly or something. I’ve always thought this was common but apparently not?
Dear girl/boy
Thanks for writing to our mailbox.
When you cry or feel strong emotions, several physical things can happen at once, e.g., those reactions you describe. And what you describe can be perfectly normal to experience. You should however seek medical advice if the chest pain happens without emotional distress, if the feeling is severe, or if it comes with a shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting or nausea.”
